Job summary

Oklahoma Central Credit Union in Tulsa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional phone service to members and potential members. You will assist with account information, transactions, product inquiries, and cross-sell relevant credit union products.

The role includes helping members with account openings/closings, research, and educating them on electronic services. You will protect member assets, follow security guidelines, and ensure service standards are met while

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding phone service to members and potential members.
• Assist members with account information, transactions and product inquiries; identify and act on cross-service opportunities.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts, research and resolve issues, and educate members on products and services.
• Educate members on electronic services and digital banking (home banking, e-statements, bill pay, mobile banking).
• Protect member assets and account information; adhere to security guidelines and bank regulations.
