Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union in Rome, NY is recruiting a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and build lasting relationships. You will handle traditional teller transactions, support ITM technology, and actively contribute to the credit union’s mission of helping members achieve financial success.

You will train new desk and teller staff, partner with internal teams, and ensure accurate CRM documentation while staying compliant with BSA and SAFE Act regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record member interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Lead training for desk and teller line new hires.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance per policy and regulatory standards.
• Engage with the local community and represent the credit union publicly.
