AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences within our Cicero, NY locations. You will handle ITM technology interactions and traditional teller tasks while building strong relationships and guiding members to the right financial products and services.

You’ll contribute to a friendly MVP-1 Team culture, support onboarding, and help meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Support ITM technology interactions and teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring products.
• Conduct outreach to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to support member growth and relationships.
• Meet or exceed performance and service goals.
• Assist onboarding and training for new hires; may cover other locations.
