Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle traditional teller transactions and ITM technology.
• Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products and making courtesy calls.
• Record all member interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate data.
• Lead training for desk and teller line new hires; provide regional support as needed.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance while following policies and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.

Starting Rate - $19.84 to $24.80/hour, actual rate will depend on experience.

Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Uniou

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.

What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative

• Member Experience & Service: Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
• Relationship Building & Growth: Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
• Internal Partnerships & CRM Management: Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system.
• Training & Onboarding: Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
• Operations & Compliance: Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act).
• Community Engagement: Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
