Job summary

AmeriCU Credit Union is hiring a Regional Member Service Representative I to support members at our centers across Central New York. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling ITM tech and teller transactions, and growing member relationships.

You will collaborate with teams to meet growth and service goals. The position offers overtime eligibility and incentives, with starting pay between $19.84 and $24.80 per hour depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting ITM technology interactions and teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services.
• Conduct outreach to retain, expand, and acquire member relationships.
• Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements.
