AmeriCU Credit Union in Rome, NY is seeking a Member Service Representative I to greet members, handle teller transactions, and guide customers through digital tools while delivering exceptional service.

You will build relationships, cross-sell products, train new hires, and maintain CRM records with strong attention to detail in a collaborative team environment. Starting wage is $19.84–$24.80 per hour, full-time, bonus eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and process teller transactions and ITM interactions.
• Grow relationships by cross-selling products and conducting courtesy calls.
• Collaborate with partners and record all member interactions in the CRM.
• Lead training for new desk and teller staff and provide regional support.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance with compliance.
• Demonstrate active community involvement.
