Job summary

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for fulfilling member service requests including account opening, access services, maintenance, wires, loan applications and funding.
• Performs MSR cash drawer balancing and daily transactions support.
• Educates members on Credit Union products and services and refers to appropriate departments.
• Deescalates challenging member situations by problem-solving and sound judgment.
