Qualifications

• Three years of related experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. NMLS credentials required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, diplomacy, and clear communication with members and colleagues.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, lift to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch operations with oversight of assigned team members and coverage across locations as needed.
• Welcomes members and performs transactions accurately, including complex account services and wires.
• Remains compliant with policies and procedures and conducts timely branch audits.
• Builds member relationships by educating on products and services and guiding financial decisions.
• Trains new staff and acts as a resource for branch functions and service delivery.
