Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• NMLS registration within 30 days.
• Signature Guarantee training within 30 days.
• Lending Authority within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and cross-sell credit union services and products.
• Process loan applications and member documentation.
• Open new member accounts and services.
• Handle stop payments, transfers, and bill pay issues.
• Respond to member inquiries by phone or mail.
• Perform notary duties and signature guarantees.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Cover reception desk and assist branch management.
