Job summary

• Respond to member inquiries via phone or mail.
• Maintain knowledge of electronic services and educate members.
• Adhere to security procedures and credit union policies.
• Cover reception when needed and assist with audits.
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Report to various Nassau or Suffolk locations as directed.
