Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess good communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Complete registration with NMLS within 30 days.
• Complete Signature Guarantee training within 30 days.
• Obtain Lending Authority within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing member accounts, services, and credit reports.
• Obtain documentation to process member loans and input loan applications.
• Obtain documentation to open new membership accounts and/or services.
• Handle stop payments, wire transfers, statement copies, and card applications.
• Respond to member requests via phone or mail regarding products, services, and fees.
• Interact with members to resolve inquiries, problems, and complaints.
• Perform non-monetary transactions such as deposits and loan payments via phone or in person.
• Explain new electronic services and educate members on usage.
• Adhere to security procedures and all policies.
• Cover reception desk in absence of the receptionist.
• Maintain inventory and audits for safety deposit boxes.
• Perform Notary Public duties.
• Accommodate flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.
