Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Member Service Representative (Consumer Loans) in Winchester, VA. This on-site role supports a Fortune 100 financial institution and requires a high-volume call center mindset.

Training is fully onsite (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm EST) with no time off during the training period. After training, shifts run 12pm-12am EST, with rotation and a mandatory 6-day work availability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from members in a 24/7 high-volume contact center
• Process transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and other accounts
• Advise members on products/services that fit their needs
• Handle 80-100+ calls daily
