Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Consumer Loans) in Winchester, VA. The role supports a Fortune 100 financial institution in a hybrid work environment. Start date is December 7, with onsite training 9:00am–5:00pm EST, Monday–Friday, and no time off during training (12/7–1/13).

Post-training schedule runs 12pm–12am EST, six-day availability, with one rotating off day. You will respond to inquiries, process transactions across accounts, and guide members to suitable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, banking).
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment.
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.
