Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Member Service Representative (Consumer Loans) in Winchester, VA. This on-site role supports a Fortune 100 financial institution and requires a high-volume call center mindset.

Training is fully onsite (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm EST) with no time off during the training period. After training, shifts run 12pm-12am EST, with rotation and a mandatory 6-day work availability.

Qualifications

• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Position: Member Service Representative (Consumer Loans)

Start Date: December 7th

Training:

• Fully ONSITE - Monday- Friday, 9:00am EST-5:00pm EST

• NO Time Off during Training: 12/7-1/13

Schedule:

• Shift times range between the hours of 12pm - 12am EST (after training)

• Monday-Saturday (Will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6 day availability to work

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation

• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts

• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction

• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)

• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment

• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
