Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Member Service Representative to handle inbound calls for members, working onsite in Winchester, VA with a path to hybrid schedules. Training runs 9:00am–5:30pm EST, after which shifts may include Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri flex schedules. Equipment must be wired with high bandwidth and desk space for two monitors.

Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, with a 15-day training window followed by nesting and bridge training before potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back inbound calls and assist members with account questions.
• Work at a desk with two monitors and multiple programs.
• Ensure reliable home/office workspace with wired Ethernet and adequate bandwidth.
• Follow training schedule and hybrid/telework guidelines.
• Provide timely, accurate information and resolve member issues.
• Attend nesting and bridge training and work shifts after training.
