The role includes processing deposits/withdrawals, reviewing accounts, handling loan payments, and offering basic online banking support while meeting cross-sell goals.

The position emphasizes member experience, requires roughly 1 year of retail experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel) and ability to work with remote signing and operate a webcam
• Member service and organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping members through Conversations that Matter and to be empathetic and caring
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Open new Member Accounts and complete forms such as Account Cards, Certificate Applications, and Trust documents.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and review account information and transactions.
• Process loan payments and provide basic online banking support.
• Support cross-sell goals and maintain high member service standards.
• Represent the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner.
