Qualifications

At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary service while identifying members' financial needs.
Educate members on Trumark’s products, services, and programs.
Complete loan applications, process requests, and assist with settlements.
Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools.
Perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, and assist as a supervisor.
Skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of banking products and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Education
