Trumark Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative II to join our on-site team at 1200 Welsh Road in North Wales, PA. You will deliver exceptional member service, process routine transactions, and promote our banking solutions to meet member needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of branch experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of banking products and systems. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, a supportive team, and work-life balance through

Competenze

• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.
• Knowledge of banking products and systems beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Mansioni

• Engage with members and provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
• Promote Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Handle loan processes including applications and settlements (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage).
• Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to members.
• Support the branch by performing teller functions and assisting as a supervisor when needed.
