Trumark Credit Union in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Member Service Representative II to join our on-site team at 1200 Welsh Road. You will help members with financial needs and promote our banking solutions.

You’ll perform teller functions, support branch operations, and engage members to deliver tailored financial services. Availability for evenings/weekends and growth opportunities are part of the role.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education preferred.
At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

Engage with members: Provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
Promote solutions: Educate members on Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), and assist with settlements.
Leverage technology: Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
Support the branch: Perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, and assist as a supervisor when needed.
