Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to accurately count and handle cash.
• Aptitude for building relationships and delivering quality member service.
• Ability to educate members on products and services.
• Proficiency with standard office software and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and delivers courteous, accurate service.
• Opens accounts and processes new memberships.
• Provides basic loan information and cross-sell deposit products.
• Performs teller duties ~50% of the time.
• Maintains accurate member records and handles transactions.
