Job summary

Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide friendly service and handle routine financial transactions. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and help them with—payments, accounts, and inquiry handling.

The role emphasizes accuracy with numbers, strong communication, and a willingness to cross-sell products. It offers a supportive team environment across multiple branches and a focus on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule: varying shifts Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays, 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Assist members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services that add value.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
