Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Lead Member Service Representative to guide the branch team and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, open accounts, and process transactions, while ensuring compliance and product recommendations meet member needs.

The role requires 4+ years in banking/credit unions, strong relationship skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience or 2 years of college course equivalent in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of related work experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or credit unions.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and keying skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-branch service to members, coach front-line team, and uphold CPCU service standards.
• Assign daily work to front-line team members and coordinate with Branch Manager for coaching.
• Support onboarding and skill development of new and existing staff.
• Serve as first point of escalation for routine member service issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Process member transactions including payments, transfers, deposits, and purchases.
• Open new member accounts and recommend CPCU products aligned with member needs.
