Job summary

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Massachusetts to support the Assistant Branch Manager and foster member relationships through education about credit union products and services.

You will greet members, process transactions, assist with account openings and loan applications, and ensure compliance and accurate service delivery while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced branch environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn the core system and other related software are required.
• Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the quality and accuracy of work performed.
• This position requires standing, sitting, walking, reaching and lifting to 10 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and provides relevant information regarding transactions, products, and services.
• Takes responsibility for fulfilling member service requests, including account opening, access services, maintenance, domestic wires, loan applications, and funding within authorized signing authority.
• Adheres to all branch processes, procedures, policies, and compliance regulations.
• Deescalates challenging member situations by problem-solving, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
