Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides quality, responsive member service for daily transactions and inquiries.
• Handles deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information and records.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; ensures accuracy.
• Builds member relationships and refers products/services as needed.
• Opens, closes, and secures the MSR area and equipment.
• Communicates effectively with members and teammates to meet goals.
