Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of similar or related experience or 12 months in a successful MSA role with knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
• High energy and sales ability and interpersonal skills to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments and organize work efficiently. Must demonstrate good time management skills to meet established deadlines.
• Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, building relationships and promoting GreenState products and services.
• Achieve high sales expectations by promoting all retail products and services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Profile each member to uncover opportunities for additional business and refer to specialized departments.
