• Proficiency with related computer applications (spreadsheets, word processing, databases).
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships as a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling, sales, and customer service experience desired.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties in daily transactions and inquiries.
• Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending GreenState products and services.
• Balances and reconciles drawers and performs cash handling tasks.
• Ensures confidentiality of member information and maintains secure records.
• Educates members and staff on product features and benefits.
• Answers member questions or directs to appropriate departments.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Participates in opening/closing procedures and secures confidential information.
