Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver quality, responsive member service across daily transactions. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries, representing the face of the credit union and helping members understand products and services.

The role requires accuracy, integrity, and teamwork; hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm, with pay range $23.40-$19.47/hr plus monthly incentives and progressive benefits;

• Thorough knowledge of deposit products and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Educate members on products and services and refer to specialized departments when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate balancing records.
