Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative who will deliver accurate, friendly service to members in daily transactions and inquiries. This role is the face of the credit union, guiding clients through products and services while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions, balance the drawer, and refer members to specialists as needed. A high school diploma or GED and bondable status are required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent cash handling and loss-prevention awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and maintain accuracy.
• Bondable and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service for daily transactions and inquiries.
• Answer questions on products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Assist with referrals to other departments as needed.
• Open/close procedures and secure confidential information.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Build member relationships and promote credit union products.
• Be the front-line face of GreenState Credit Union.
