Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and punctuality are crucial; ability to work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, prompt, and courteous service to members and prospects.
• Process transactions in various settings including in person, video, drive-thru, and phone.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies and laws.
• Engage with members to assess needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards through best practices and accountability.
• Answer calls for the Member Service Center and assist with onboarding and updates to accounts.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet member needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare teller reports and escort members as needed.
• Observe safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
