Job summary

RBFCU Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a part-time Branch Member Service Representative at the Seton branch in Austin, TX. You will be the face of RBFCU, handling teller and personal banking functions, delivering friendly service, processing transactions, and helping members with needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience in financial services or customer service, and the ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience preferred (financial institution, customer service or sales).
• Attendance and promptness essential; flexible Mon–Sat schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash handling and compliance with policies and laws.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend suitable products.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
• Assist with tiered member services, including opening, updating, and closing accounts.
• Prepare teller reports and assist with branch operations as needed.
