Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) is seeking a full-time Branch Member Service Representative Float for the North Austin Region. You will blend Teller and Personal Banker duties across Cedar Park, Parmer Lane, Lake Creek, Four Points, and Round Rock, delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

The position starts at $20.00/hour with a sign-on bonus: $250 in the first paycheck, $500 after 90 days, and another $500 after six months.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential; may require Monday–Saturday shifts.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, via video conference, drive-thru, or phone.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Support branch sales culture and adhere to standards and best practices.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and term deposits.
• Prepare teller reports and escort members as requested.
• Observe safety and security procedures and escalate issues.
• Ability to train and work at any branch within the region.
