Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, customer-facing experience in premium service environments preferred.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Able to build trust quickly and make clients comfortable.
• Handles rejection well and stays focused on outcomes.
• Strong active listening skills to understand client needs.
• Able to manage a high volume of interactions without quality loss.
• Some leadership experience or desire to grow into a team lead role.

Responsibilities
