Serenity Mental Health Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a Member Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will guide clients through options, document details, and drive toward KPIs while maintaining a high level of service.

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.

• Able to handle a high volume of interactions without quality loss.
• Some leadership experience or potential for growth into a team role.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients through options with clarity and a consultative approach.
• Listen, ask questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward KPIs and contribute to team performance.
• Handle objections calmly and pivot to solutions without pressure.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to preserve the client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and accuracy.
