Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a friendly, results-driven Member Sales Associate to guide clients through available options, document needs, and move them toward the right next steps in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain momentum, meet individual KPIs, and grow with a company that values exceptional service, transparent outcomes, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, customer-facing experience in premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation.
• Ability to build trust quickly and maintain composure with rejection.
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle a high volume of interactions.
• Leadership experience or potential encouraged for advancement.
