Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to provide top‑level member service and accurate transaction processing. You will use a consultative, needs‑based sales approach to establish new member relationships and deepen existing ones, cross selling HVCU products.

In this role you will handle cash transactions, open new memberships and accounts, and refer members to business partners for financial, insurance, real estate and other services.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales within a financial institution or retail.
• Knowledge of cross-selling financial products to members.
• Notary license and NMLS registration compliance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process member transactions and educate on channels.
• Open memberships and new accounts; process loans and transactions.
• Refer members to partners for additional services when appropriate.
• Follow all policies and use programs to support cross selling.
• Participate in training and development; meet team goals.
