Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver exceptional member service through accurate transaction processing and a consultative, needs-based sales approach. The role focuses on establishing new member relationships, deepening existing ones, and cross-selling HVCU products and services in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on convenient channels.
• Resolve member complaints quickly and support the Contact Center.
• Use needs-based sales to meet members' financial needs with HVCU products.
• Handle large cash volumes and assist with branch operations and proofs.
• Open new memberships, accounts, loans and process transactions; refer to partners as needed.
• Follow policies and use systems to support cross-selling.
• Participate in training and development and support marketing programs.
