Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union in New York's Hudson Valley region is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver top-tier member service, process transactions with accuracy, and apply a consultative, needs-based sales approach to build and deepen member relationships.

You will educate members on branch and digital channels, open new memberships and loans, and collaborate with business partners to cross-sell products. A strong emphasis on compliance and continuous learning is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment.
• Notary license required within 12 months of hire.
• NMLS registration required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling or teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on channel options.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans; process related transactions.
• Refer members to branch partners for financial services as appropriate.
• Adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements; complete training.
• Support sales and service goals through the HVCU model.
