Hudson Valley Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Advisor to deliver top-tier member service and accurate transaction processing, while applying a consultative sales approach to build new relationships and deepen existing ones.

The role emphasizes cross-selling HVCU products and providing guidance across channels such as the branch, Internet Banking, mobile app, and Contact Center. Training and development are included.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Notary Public license within 12 months of hire is required.
• NMLS registration is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in financial services or retail.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on channel options (branch, Internet Banking, mobile app, audio response, Contact Center).
• Handle large volumes of cash and assist with daily branch operations.
• Open new memberships, accounts and loans; refer members for consultations on related services.
• Cross-sell HVCU products through the Sales and Service model and participate in training.
