Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to provide top-tier member service and process transactions accurately. You will apply a consultative, needs-based sales approach to establish and deepen member relationships, cross-selling HVCU products and services.

Responsibilities include opening new memberships and loans, educating members on channels, and referring to branch partners while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in financial services or retail.
• Notary Public license must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• NMLS registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on convenient channels.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans; process related transactions.
• Refer members to branch partners for financial services and cross-sell products.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support training and development and participate in continuous improvement.
