Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver the highest level of member service while processing transactions, resolving issues, and deepening members' relationships. The role emphasizes a needs-based sales approach to cross-sell financial products and services.

Responsibilities include handling cash, opening memberships and loans, and educating members on convenient channels. A Notary license and NMLS registration are required within specified timelines, with a focus

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• NYS Notary Public license must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• NMLS registration is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment.
• Previous teller or cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions accurately and educate members on channels for transactions.
• Handle large volumes of cash and assist with branch operations and proof activities.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and loans; refer members for financial services as needed.
• Cross-sell Hudson Valley Credit Union products and services.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service goals.
