Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to serve on the front lines, helping members with their financial needs and delivering a personalized banking experience across in-person, phone, and online channels.

You will process transactions, open accounts, assist with loans (Smart Start, Cash Reserve Lines of Credit, Personal Unsecured), and collaborate with branches to grow member relationships while upholding compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and address changes.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and cross-sell products.
• Help members complete loan applications and understand terms; originate and close loans.
• Collaborate with branch team and business partners to deepen member relationships.
• Aim to meet annual sales and service goals and act as a Navigant ambassador in the community.
