Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in member service, personal banking, or loan originator roles.
• Familiar with ATM, online, and mobile banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-branch member experience.
• Process transactions including checks, deposits, and loan payments.
• Take loan applications and close consumer, home equity, and mortgage loans.
• Develop a self-driven pipeline of members and prospects to meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate devices and assist members with digital banking channels.
