Credit Union ONE in Michigan seeks a Member Service Consultant/Relationship Banker to deliver an exceptional in-branch experience, build relationships, process transactions, and take applications for loans. You will work with digital banking tools, adhere to policies, meet sales goals, and support customers with insurance and financial services.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in financial services, strong communication, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years’ experience as Member Service Consultant/Relationship Banker in financial services.
Strong familiarity with digital banking channels (ATM, online, mobile).
Excellent member service and communication skills; adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides exceptional in-branch member experience and builds relationships.
Processes financial transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
Takes loan applications and closes consumer/home equity/mortgage loans.
Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive member engagement.
