Credit Union ONE is seeking a diligent Member Service professional in Sterling Heights to deliver exceptional in-branch service and deepen member relationships. You will process transactions, take loan applications, and support a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in member service or banking, and familiarity with digital channels. NMLS within 6 months and potential bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of work-related experience as a Member Service Consultant and/or Relationship Banker in financial services, retail, or sales.
• Familiar with digital banking channels (ATM, online, mobile).
• Demonstrates strong member service and adherence to Credit Union ONE values.
• NMLS registration to be obtained within 6 months of hire and real estate loan applications within 6 months of NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-branch member experience and build relationships with members.
• Process financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
• Take loan applications and close consumer, home equity, and mortgage loans.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve member service issues.
• Develop a self-driven pipeline of members and prospects to meet sales goals.
