Credit Union ONE is seeking a Member Service Consultant to deliver exceptional in-branch service, process transactions, and proactively identify financial needs. You will drive member relationships and support loan applications in a fast-paced branch environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in member services or related banking, strong digital banking familiarity, and a passion for accurate, engaging service. This role is based at MACOMB, MI and offers advancement and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in member service or retail banking.
• Proficient with digital banking channels (ATM, online, mobile).
• Strong commitment to exceptional member service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
• Take loan applications and close consumer, home equity, and mortgage loans.
• Build and deepen member relationships to meet sales goals.
• Communicate clearly and resolve member service issues promptly.
