Job summary

The role emphasizes sales goals, cross-selling, channel education, and collaboration with lending and investment services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• NMLS (or willing to obtain within 12 months) and Notary Public (or willing to obtain within 12 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the credit union’s values and mission in daily interactions, contributing to a positive organizational culture.
• Understand the role in sales growth and meet branch-assigned and individual goals.
• Build and expand member relationships through needs-based assessments to identify deposit, credit, and lending solutions.
• Process new memberships, share accounts, loans, and loan fundings as requested by members.
• Analyze credit and financial information for loan processing and ensure lending policies are followed.
• Educate members on alternative channels such as online and mobile solutions.
• Cross-sell other credit union products and services to meet expressed or unexpressed needs.
