Job summary

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union seeks a focused Member Relationship Consultant at the Mililani branch. You will nurture member relationships, assess needs, and recommend deposit, loan, and credit solutions while handling lending applications. Teller duties may be required.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales experience, and familiarity with NMLS and Notary requirements, and are ready to support financial wellness in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of customer service and sales experience.
• NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Notary Public or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and expand member relationships through needs-based assessments to identify and recommend deposit, credit, and lending solutions.
• Process new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, loan requests, and loan fundings.
• Analyze credit and financial information for processing of loans including secured loans/lines and other credit union products.
• Demonstrate and educate alternative channels such as online, mobile, and digital solutions.
• Leverage opportunities to cross-sell other credit union products and services.
