Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of customer service and sales experience are preferred.
• NMLS license or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Notary Public license or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Represent HawaiiUSA FCU values and mission in daily interactions.
• Meet branch and individual sales goals.
• Build and expand member relationships through needs-based assessments.
• Process memberships, share accounts, loans, and fundings as requested.
• Evaluate credit and financial information for loan processing in line with policies.
• Promote online, mobile, and digital solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Understand deposits, savings, IRAs, and certificates.
• Lead product knowledge and sales meetings.
• Collaborate with residential and commercial lending and investment services.
