HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Consultant to deliver exceptional member experiences by building trusting relationships and using a consultative approach. You will nurture member relationships, assist with lending applications, and perform teller functions as needed.

The role emphasizes deposit and loan solutions, cross-selling, and leveraging digital channels while supporting branch operations and community involvement.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of customer service and sales experience.
• NMLS certification preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Notary Public preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the credit union’s values and mission in daily interactions.
• Build and expand member relationships through needs-based assessments to recommend deposit, credit, and lending solutions.
• Process new memberships, share accounts, loans, and related transactions.
• Analyze credit and financial information for loan processing and approvals.
• Educate members about alternative channels like online and mobile banking.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Promote deposits, savings, IRAs, and other products to members.
• Assist with branch operations and community involvement.
