Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is hiring a branch associate responsible for providing members with excellent service, assisting with new accounts and loans, and cross-selling products. The role includes teller transactions and daily branch operations to support sales and service goals.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least six months of underwriting exposure, with ability to analyze credit reports. NMLS within six months is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two years related experience and/or training.
• Six months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze credit reports.
• Basic knowledge of bank underwriting; familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.

Job description

Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

$1000 HIRING BONUS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma required; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONSMust be able to obtain NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry) within six (6) months, no later than one (1) year.

Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
